About Me

I received my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and my Master’s degree at Webster University-Kansas City. 

I specialize in working with women (13+), experiencing anxiety, burn out, self doubt, trauma, and ADHD. I will help you find tools to help you with your anxiety, build self-trust and make healthy boundaries. Therapy with me will be like talking to a friend who can be objective and is trained to help with the difficult stuff.

I am also a Gottman Trained Couples therapist and will work with you and your partner to improve your relationship.

A little about me: I am married and have two children. I enjoy reading, watching movies, board games, traveling, painting, legos and spending time with my family and friends.
